Yes, we charge a $99 consultation fee. This includes a $50 credit toward your first in-house treatment regimen.
Yes. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-call/no-shows will incur a $50 fee.
We are a cash-pay facility and do not accept insurance for services. However, insurance may be used for lab draws through our patient portal.
Yes. All treatments are customized and can be combined based on your individual needs and goals.

- Scan the Patient Portal QR code and submit your information (If not done)
- Complete lab work at least one week prior to your appointment
Scan the QR code in our office or call us to receive an email with access to the patient portal. From there, you can complete your information and schedule your lab draw appointment.
Treatment can begin as early as the same day, depending on the service selected.
Please call at least 24 hours in advance to request a refill. Medications can be picked up during clinic hours.
